Today you will tour the Egyptian Museum that houses the most spectacular collections of Egyptian artifacts.  Here you will view the treasures found in King Tut’s Tomb.  You will also visit the Citadel, the Mosque and the bazaars.

In the afternoon tour Giza, site of the three great pyramids. Here you will have the opportunity to climb within Cheop’s Pyramid to view the inner chamber.  Continue onward to see the elusive Sphinx and the Valley Temple. (b)

Transfer to the airport flight to Aswan where you will be met and taken to board your Nile cruise ship.

Afternoon felucca sail to Elephantine Island, Agha Khan Mausoleum and the Botanical Gardens. (b,l,d)

Morning visit of the High Dam, Granite Quarries, the Unfinished Obelisk and the Temple of Philae.  Depart for Kom Ombo and the Temple of Two Gods.  Continue along the Nile to Edfu. (b,l,d)

Morning tour of the Temple of Horus, the most complete temple complex in Egypt.  Cruise to Esna to tour the Temple, dedicated to Knum.  Proceed to Luxor. (b,l,d)

Roam around the massive columns and statues of Karnak and Luxor Temples. (b,l,d) 

Morning departure from cruise ship. Ferry crossing to the Western Bank to see the Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatshepsut’s temple and the Colossi of Memnon.

Afternoon transfer to Luxor airport for your flight to Cairo.
