Today drive through the Old City.  Visit the Shrine of the Book at the Israel Museum to see the Dead Sea Scrolls.  Continue to Hadassah Synagogue to enjoy the Marc Chagall Vitraux that depicts the Twelve Tribes of Israel.  Proceed to Yad Vashem to honor the memory of the Holocaust victims.  Going back two thousand years, visit the Model of Jerusalem as she existed in times of the Second Temple.

Continue to Bethlehem only a twelve-minute drive south of Jerusalem to visit the fourth-century Basilica of the Nativity, one of the world's oldest churches.  The simple silver star in the grotto beneath the altar marks the very place Christians believe the infant Jesus was born. (b)

Today drive through the New City.  Drive to Mount Scopus, Gethsemane.  Visit the Western Wall, the Temple Mount and the Mosques, the Via Dolorosa and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.  Visit the Jewish Quarter, the Roman Cardo.  Visit the Mount Zion with the Tomb of King David, the Room of the Last Supper and the Dormition Abbey

Drive to Nazareth - visit the church of Annunciation and St. Joseph's carpentry. Continue to Cana of Galilee, site of the first miracle. View of Mt of Beatitudes and Tabgha site of the miracle of the Fishes and Loaves. Visit Capernaum, the city of Jesus. Drive to Tiberias to the site of Baptism on the Jordan River.

 Return to the hotel via the scenic view of Mt. Tabor site of multiplication.(b)

In the morning visit Suleymaniye Mosque, Byzantine Hippodrome, in which stands the obelisk brought by Egypt by Theodosius and the Bronze Serpent Column taken from Delphi by Constantine. Visit the Blue Mosque with its six minarets originally Christian Basilica.

In the afternoon visit Topkapi Palace which served as a museum with exquisite collections of Chinese porcelain and Ottoman treasury. Before returning to your hotel, visit Grand Covered Bazaar, which dates back to XVth Century. It covers over 2000 shops. (b)

Friday

Visit the Spice Market and take a cruise on the Bosphorus. (b)

Transfer             Transfer to Istanbul airport for departure. (b)
