Day 1

Tripoli

Arrive Tripoli airport                   

WELCOME TO LIBYA. You will be met at the Tripoli airport and transferred to your hotel.

 Day 2

Depart for a full day excursion to explore the wonderful Roman city of Leptis Magna and the museum, the amphitheater, and the forum. (b)

   Overnight FOUR SEASONS 2 HOTEL, Tripoli  

 Day 3

Morning depart towards Ghadames on the way stop at Nalut to visit the Qaser and the old town of Nalut. 

Lunch in a local restaurant. Continue to Ghadames with short stops at Sinawin and Dirij. (b)

  Overnight DAR GHADAMES HOTEL, Ghadames

Day 4

The full day tour of Ghadames old town with its unique desert architecture, and the museum. 

Lunch in a traditional Ghadames house in the old town.  Afternoon tea time by the Sand Dunnes to watch the sunset. (b)

Day 5

Morning departure to drive through the Berber town of Kabaw.  This stretch of countryside is very fertile and it is not uncommon to see shepherd with their flocks in the area. 

Continue to Gharyan know for it many once inhabited under ground houses and pottery.  Arrive Tripoli Libya’s largest and most cosmopolitan city. (b)

 Day 6

Tripoli/Sabratha/Tripoli

Visit the National Museum then depart to explore the Roma city of Sabratha, with its impressive theater on three levels and the Classic and Punic Museums. 

Lunch in a restaurant by the site.  Afternoon, return to Tripoli. (b)
