Terms & Conditions 

PASSPORT: You need a valid US passport to travel abroad.  Forms can be obtained at any US local post office or can be printed from www.travel.state.gov web site.  Please apply early as processing a passport can take a few months.

VISAS: At time of booking Tours Specialists Inc. of Florida will request a copy of each passenger’s passport to assist in obtaining the required Visas. 

VACCINATION: No vaccination is required for the countries you intend to visit. Please check with your doctor to ask if he or she thinks that you should protect yourself with precautionary shots.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, PRICING: Please note that all deposits are nonrefundable.  If you cancel your reservation 45 days or less prior to departure, the cancellation charge is 100% of the total price—no refunds.
Quotes, proposals and prices are subject to foreign currency exchange rate fluctuations and may change at the time of final payment.

INSURANCE: Travel insurance is highly recommended.  

BAGGAGE: You are entitled to check one suitcase per passenger. You are also allowed one carry-on baggage. Some airlines might charge you for the check in baggage.

HOTELS: Accommodations at 4-star hotels as listed based on two people sharing a twin-bedded room. A limited number of single rooms are available at additional cost, Note: The right is reserved to substitute hotels when necessary from those mentioned. All special requests are strictly subject to availability upon arrival.

SIGHTSEEING: As outlined in the itineraries provided by motor coach, mini-bus, or private car. Air-conditioned vehicles used when available and necessary. Entrance fees to all places visited and services of local English speaking guides included as per itinerary. During certain periods, sequence of tours as outlined in the itineraries may have to be adjusted, however, all services will be provided to all participants.

PLANNING / OPERATIONAL EXPENSES: Tour prices include planning, handling and operational expenses and are quoted on current exchange and tariff rate. All prices are subject to revision. 

TOUR DOES NOT INCLUDE: Passport, wine, liquor, mineral waters, after dinner coffee or tea: laundry, telephone calls, meals not included in the itinerary, sight-seeing or service charges other than those specifically mentioned, tips to the tour director and motor coach driver when touring, local city guides, personal items, excess baggage charges, all departure taxes, and anything not specifically mentioned as included.

RESPONSIBILITY: Tours Specialists Inc. of Florida and/or their agents act only as agents for the passengers in regard to travel, whether by air, railroad, motor coach, private car or another conveyance, and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned whether by reason of defect or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or carrying out the arrangements of the tour. 

Tours Specialists Inc. of Florida can assume no responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delay or change of schedule or other causes.  The right is reserved to change or withdraw the tour as circumstances demand it,  The acceptance of this order or participation in the tour by the passenger or his assignees shall be deemed to be consent to and acceptance by such person of the above.
