Day 1 Saturday Istanbul
Arrive Istanbul WELCOME TO TURKEY!

On arrival into Istanbul, please clear customs and immigration then use exit gate number 8 to meet with the airport representative who will be carrying a sign with your name on it.
Please don't wait inside the airport building, you need to go outside of the building by using gate 8.
From the airport you will be transferred to your hotel in Istanbul..

Afternoon at leisure.
Overnight HILTON DOUBLETREE PIYALEPASA (TAKSIM), Istanbul

Day 2 Sunday Istanbul
In the morning visit Topkapi Palace which served as the home of Ottoman Sultans for 400 years, the Blue Mosque, which has six minarets and a middle dome of 109 feet, is the next stop before St. Sophia, an originally Christian Basilica, a museum for all regardless of creed.  

(Effective as  of 15/01/2024  St. Sophia no longer accepts any foreign citizens to the main  hall  as it will only be used by Turkish  citizens  for prayer. We will therefore only  be touring Hagia Sophia exterior with our usual guide commentary in our Escorted Tours / Packages / Sightseeing tours.)  

Before returning to your hotel visit the Grand Covered Bazaar dating back to XVth century. It covers over 2,000 shops. (B)

Day 3 Monday Istanbul/Canakkale
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Gallipoli.

Visit Anzac Cove, Nek, Conk Bair, Lone Pine and 57th Regiment Memorial. Cross the Dardanelles. (BD)
     Overnight KOLIN HOTEL, Canakkale

Day 4 Tuesday Canakkale/Troy/Pergamum/Kusadasi
After breakfast at the hotel drive to legendary Troy; the site where the Trojan War took place. 
Cross the mountain Ida.

Arrive in Pergamum.  Visit Acropolis. (BD)
Overnight TBA HOTEL, Kusadasi

Day 5 Wednesday Kusadasi/Ephesus/Sirince/Kusadasi
After breakfast a short drive to visit Ephesus. 
You will have the opportunity to discover and understand the rich history behind local handicrafts like hand-made carpets, and leather.

Continue to the marvelous village of Sirince where you can experience one of the most beautiful villages in Turkey. You can do shopping and taste delicious wines of the village.

Return to Kusadasi for overnight stay. (BD)
     Overnight TBA HOTEL, Kusadasi

Day 6 Thursday Return
Return to Kusadasi Port or Izmir Airport for departure.
