Day 1, Monday
WELCOME to ISRAEL! - arrive Tel Aviv

Arrival to Airport and transfer to Jerusalem for overnight.
Overnight GRAND COURT JERUSALEM or RAMADA HOTEL, or similar, Jerusalem

Day 2, Tuesday – Jerusalem – sightseeing new city

Drive to Mt’ Scopus for view of Jerusalem, then to the Garden of Gethsemane and Church of the Agony.

Drive to Mt’ Zion for a visit to the tomb of King David, the Room of the last Supper and Dormition Abbey.

Sightseeing in the new city including the Israel Museum, the Shrine of the Book, with the famous Dead Sea

scrolls, new Supreme Court bld. Mt’ Herzl and Yad Vashem (the memorial to the six million Jews who were

killed in the Holocaust). Then visit the model of the Heordian city of Jerusalem dating back to the time of the

Second Temple. Via Ein Karem (the birth place of John the Baptist). Return to Hotel.

Day 3, Wednesday – Jerusalem (Old City) – Bethlehem

Walk through the Jaffa Gate to the City: the renewed Jewish Quarter, the Western Wall, the Temple area,

then colorful bazaars, Via Dolorosa, and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Continue to Bethlehem to visit

Rachel’s Tomb and the Church of the Nativity and return to Jerusalem for overnight.

Day 4, Thursday – Beit Shean – Tiberias – Galilee

Leave Jerusalem and drive north via Jericho, the oldest city in the world. Then through the Jordan Valley and

the new settlements to Beit Shean. Visit the excavations of this beautiful Roman Decapolis city. Proceed to

Tiberias, the old center of Jewish learning. Drive along the shores of the Sea of Galilee to Capernaum to visit

the ruins of the ancient synagogue.

Continue to a Kibbutz hotel for overnight.
Overnight, LAKE HOUSE HOTEL, Tiberias

Day 5, Friday – Upper Galilee and Golan Heights – Nazareth

Drive to the Golan Heigts. Visit the former Syrian fortifications, Birkat Ram, and the Druze Drive to the

Golan Heights. Visit the former Syrian fortifications, Birkat Ram, and the Druze villages. Via Banias, source

of the Jordan River proceed to Kiryat Shmone and the Hula Valley to Safed. City of the Kabbalah, to visit the

old synagogue and artists’ colony and then to Nazareth to visit the Christian holy sites. Return to the Kibbutz

hotel for overnight.
Overnight, LAKE HOUSE HOTEL, Tiberias

Day 6, Saturday – Acre – Haifa – Tel Aviv

Leave the Kibbutz hotel for Acre to visit the old, famous Crusader stronghold and medieval fortifications.

Continue to Haifa, including the Bahai Shrine. Persian Garden and Mount Carmel for a panoramic view of

the city. Proceed southwards to Caesarea to visit the Roman theater and the Crusader fortress. Drive via

Natanya to Tel Aviv.
Overnight METROPOLITAN HOTEL, or similar, Tel Aviv

Day 7, Sunday – Tel Aviv

A day at leisure in Tel Aviv – possibility of OPTIONAL tour to the Dead Sea and Massada.
OPTIONAL  $125.00 (US) MASSADA and DEAD SEA TOUR available.  
Overnight METROPOLITAN HOTEL, or similar, Tel Aviv

Day 8, Monday - Tel Aviv

Transfer to the airport for departure.

Transfer to the Tel Aviv airport for departure to Cairo

WELCOME TO EGYPT !!!
After you arrive, clear customs and pick up your luggage you will be met by our representative.  That person will be holding a sign with your name on it.  From the airport you will be transferred to your hotel in Cairo.

Day 9, Tuesday     Cairo
After breakfast begin full day tour first to one of Egypt’s earliest pyramid sites, the Step Pyramid at Sakkara, proceed to the early capital, Memphis, with its massive reclining statue of Ramses II.

Afternoon visit to the Great Pyramids of Giza, for a guided visit of the site.
    Overnight CAIRO SHERATON HOTEL, Cairo   

Day 10, Wednesday     Cairo
Morning visit to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities and the King Tut Collection. Continue to the Citadel for a fine view over the city and a visit to the Mohammed Ali Mosque. End the morning with a guided visit to Cairo’s famous Khan el Khalili Bazaar.

Afternoon free time.

Day 11, Thursday     Cairo
Day at leisure

OPTIONAL        $500.00 per person      full day tour to Luxor
Transfer from the hotel to the airport for flight to Luxor.
Meet at the airport and transfer to begin tours.

Morning tour of Luxor’s famous West Bank will include the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El-Deir El-Bahari and the Colossi Memnon.

Afternoon visit to Karnak and Luxor Temples.

Transfer to the airport for flight to Cairo. Transfer back to your hotel.

Day 12, Friday     Cairo/USA
Transfer from the airport your flight
